Jen Jones is a REALTOR®, author, speaker, and an entrepreneur.  She has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and has successfully scaled businesses by building deep, meaningful relationships with her clients that inspire repeat business and referrals. She lives by the motto go deep not wide.  She recently wrote Intropreneur: Strategies for Building a Business as an Introvert Entrepreneur.

Jen guides her clients through the four-step process to harness their introvert/authentic self, have more energy awareness so they can align their business and life with meaningful connections, elevate relationships, which produce more referral and repeat business with the right people.

BIO - ABOUT FRED PARIS, FOUNDER / OWNER Plymouth Solar Energy

A lifelong environmentalist and recognized solar energy expert, Fred launched the Wind Sun Institute as a renewable energy training program that uses Plymouth Solar Energy as a corporate laboratory for solar technology and marketing strategies.

He earned a BA in Business Management at C. W. Post and State University of New York – Farmingdale, and his MBA at the University of Phoenix Boston.

Articulate with a quick sense of humor, Fred has taught solar energy across the U. S. including adjunct sessions at Babson College and Northeastern University, served as a technical consultant and trainer for industry manufacturers, and wrote the curriculum for solar energy certification used at Massasoit Community College.

John M. Pelose Biography

John M. Pelose served thirty-one years in the United States Army and Army Reserve, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3). Since retirement, he has spent over seventeen years as a volunteer in support of the military, as Family Readiness Group Leader of the 6/98^th Military Intelligence Battalion’s Family Readiness Group (FRG) and currently as Area Chair of the Department of Defense’s (DOD) Massachusetts Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). Active in the Braintree veterans’ community, he has served as Commander of the Braintree Veterans’ Council (BVC) and Past Commander and current Adjutant of Braintree Post 86, American Legion.

In civilian life, he was a Librarian/Manager at the Boston Public Library. In the community, he has served as a Town Meeting Member, Finance Committee Member and Trustee of the Thayer Public Library. He has been actively involved in the East Braintree Civic Association (EBCA), Braintree Council #1462 of the Knights of Columbus, and the Braintree Community Club. He is married to the former Gloria Crawley and they have two children, Jennifer and Michael.

Hello! My name is Grace Snyder. I'm currently a sophomore in college at the University of Rochester, but I've lived in Braintree my whole life and go home to south Braintree when I'm out of school for breaks. My mom and grandparents also grew up here :) I bleed blue! I'm reaching out to the Braintree Rotary Club on the advise of my public health advisor. This summer, a team of myself and 5 other undergraduates will be traveling out to Ladakh, India for fieldwork regarding how mountain tourism impacts the area, the people, and the climate in the region. The trip is funded out of pocket, and I am working to amount around $3,500 to pay for my plane tickets, lodging, and food while out in the field. From what I've read about rotary clubs, the general mission is "service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding," so I was wondering if within that came any funding for projects such as mine. The idea of my time in Ladakh is to serve as a servant leader who will work with Ladakhis to understand and publish research regarding effects that globalization and tourism has had on their daily living. The professor in charge, Dr. Nancy Chin, had mentioned that local rotary chapters (like the one right by Rochester in Brighton, NY) have provided funding to students in the past for trips such as this, so I was wondering what your thoughts might be on this possibility and if Braintree's rotary club has done anything like this, or would be willing to try.
