Ben Bonaventura is in his third year as the Head of School at CATS Academy Boston. He is completing his 45^th year in education and has worked in many different roles; history teacher, football and baseball coach, social studies chairperson, public school administrator, and headmaster at four different independent schools. He and his wife Michele, a retired physical education teacher, have raised four sons, three of whom work in universities. In short, education runs through the blood of the Bonaventura family.

Sara Wroblewski is the Founder and CEO of the 501(c)3 organization, One Bead. Sara received her BA in 2013 from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. As a student at HWS, Sara won the school’s first annual entrepreneurial pitch competition and a prize of $10,000 to start her company. She currently runs One Bead out of her apartment and has raised over $1,000,000 to support students and families in Boston. Equally left and right-brained, Sara is excited by both detailed budget proposals and thoughtful logo placement. She is fueled by passion and innovation and aspires to be a leader known for her mastery of both empathy and communication. When not managing her organization, Sara can be found running by the Charles River (weather permitting).

Hilary is the Stormwater Manager for the Stormwater Division of the Braintree Department of Public Works.  She will be speaking about what they do around town, what their long term goals are for the division.

Wednesday Walton is the Stormwater Outreach Coordinator for the Braintree Stormwater Dicvision. In this role, she educates the public on stormwater pollution prevention, plans educational community events and programs, manages the Stormwater website and social media, and designs collateral to be distributed throughout the town while meeting NPDES permit guidelines. She joined the Stormwater Department in May 2021. Prior to the Town, she was the Engagement Coordinator for a national non-profit called Team IMPACT where she did website design, social content distribution, planned community events and fundraisers, and was the liaison between the marketing team and the programs team. She holds a Master’s Degree in Media Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno and a bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Digital Media from the University of Idaho. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Boston since she moved here from Idaho in 2019, cuddling with her dogs, and reading as many books as possible.

Lori is the founder and director of This Star Won’t Go Out, a nonprofit dedicated to providing financial support to families facing childhood cancer. A certified secondary English teacher, with degrees in Psychology and Intercultural Studies, Lori is passionate about encouraging others to move towards wholeness, live life fully, and make a difference in their world. Lori has three adult children, and lives with her husband and youngest son in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Hope Beyond Hope Sober Houses for Women

Diana manages three sober homes for women - Nicki’s Place in Braintree, Katherine House and Hope Beyond Hope in Weymouth. Hope Beyond Hope is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, of which Diana is an officer.  She is a Steering Committee Member for the Braintree Partnership of Substance Use and sits on the Training Committee for MASH, Massachusetts Alliance of Sober Housing.  She has been a person in recovery since 2013 and is an active member of the community.

Diana tries to live the Maya Angelou quote, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will neve forget how you made them feel.”
